We have had many years of paranormal invesigations and working with the World of Spirit. Amongst us there are psychics, mediums and even healers. Despite being all very spiritual people we also have a sceptical side which always asks the questions : Why? What if? How? This makes our investigations very balanced and a lot of the time we are able to offer a logical explanation to so called paranormal activity.
Mandy
Mandy is the founding members of EKPI and has played a key part in setting up the website in early 2011. She has worked for 8 years as a healer at various psychic events in the Whitstable area, on the Isle of Sheppey and in London. In late 2010 Mandy decided to change direction slightly and move into the world of paranormal investigations and communication with spirit. Even in the short time she has been involved with investigations, Mandy has experienced quite a few things that can't be explained from strange EVPs through to odd light anomalies. Mandy is committed searching for proof of life after death and that spirits are all around us. Mandy still does her healing and has taken great pleasure in helping lots of people with various aches and pains. Ric
Ric has been interested in the unexplained for many years ever since he saw his Nan when he was aged just 2 years old, a few months after she had passed away. Although he is spiritually aware of things and people Ric prefers the technical side of paranormal work. He enjoys searching our recordings for EVPs and also examining the pictures to look for anomalies. Ric's first investigation was at Seasalter Churchyard in late 2010 where he detected several unexplained cold spots. Since then he experienced a strange EVP from Reculver, which after much work from Ric cleaning up the original recording, could be heard to be speaking something that sounded like Latin. Ric is always looking for proof and for answers and can sometimes be sceptical about supposed paranormal activity. Ric's computer and technical knowledge is a real boost to EKPI's research.
Kate
Kate's interest in the paranormal grew when she was visited by the spirit of an old lady who had lived in her room before. Only after a conversation about it the landlord said that she had described his mother in law who had passed away in another room in the house! She has also had an out of body experience which allowed her to feel somebody elses pain. Although Kate has a psychic ability she is very grounded and can be sceptical.
